Josha Livestock

  Josha Livestock strives to produce healthy animals, we cannot however guarantee their health once they have left our premises and are out of our care. We take requests for kids and form a list. When the kids start arriving we will send out an e-mail to the first person on the list notifying them of the kids available. They have 48 hours to respond or we will contact the next person on the list they have 48 hours to respond and so forth and so on.

   We require a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 to hold any animal. We do not accept deposits on kids not born. We do however take requests for kids out of  a particular breeding. The deposit will hold the animal until the time agreed upon by both Josha Livestock and the buyer. If the buyer is unable to pick up the animal by the specified time Josha Livestock must be notified and a boarding fee of $2.00 per day (up to and not past 30 days) will be added to the remaining balance due on the animal, which will be paid in full before release of the animal to the buyer.

  If the buyer has not picked up the animal within the 30 day period, Josha Livestock will retain the animal and the buyer will forfeit the deposit. If something happens to the animal while in Josha Livestocks care then the buyer will be offered the option of a replacement animal if one is available or a refund of the deposit. This is the only reason a deposit will be refunded.
